My professional experience includes providing leadership in contributing to school strategic planning in support of instructional programs, promoting college and career readiness, and supporting student success efforts.  I have coordinated efforts to ensure optimal integration and alignment with multiple district initiatives and instructional programs, cultivate proactive linkages and outreach to local community agencies to support our school families with career training, health fairs, and immigration workshops.
As an administrator, I have experience developing capacity in support of instructional staff through an annual professional development plan that promotes the professional growth and develops a growth mindset. I coordinate monthly staff meetings that include relevant PD, PLCs, and promotes LAUSD’s EDST framework to support professional growth.  Have been successful in promoting a shared vision of school community. I have created an inclusive school culture that creates equity and access by coordinating annual events that celebrates our diversity and includes to all stakeholders; i.e. cultural events, fundraisers, campus beautification, and volunteer opportunities.
