Tanya Guerrero Haug, National Director, HiSET Program, serves as a main point of contact for state clients, and provides HiSET Program information to adult education programs and other stakeholders. Her work focuses on connecting test takers, employers, community organizations and adult education programs with the HiSET Program. In her previous role as director of proposal development at ETS, she oversaw ETS\'s competitive proposals for federal and state agencies as well as for other organizations. Prior to joining ETS in 2004, Tanya worked in the Grants and Recognitions department at Northside Independent School District and as a Marketing Manager at Kaplan Test Prep. For more than 20 years, Tanya has been active in community service as a non-profit board member and volunteer.
