Robert Proctor has been teaching ESL for DACE-LAUSD since 1996. He has written and published textbooks for citizenship and ESL and was one of 2018's CCAE Excellence in Teaching award winners. Robert has been at the East LA Occupational Center and East LA Skills Center for the past nine years.
