Marianne has taught resume writing, online job search, and interviewing techniques at Burbank Adult School for the past seven years. With a background in teaching Business Communications at Cal State University Northridge (CSUN), she helped develop the Workforce Readiness Institute with another teacher.  Together, they developed a curriculum that delved into career exploration and improved writing skills using the WorkWise books. This class has helped students improve their interviewing skills and find jobs, even in the midst of the course. Marianne also teaches ESL. Her best tip for working-from-home is to find a quiet place to teach remotely.
