Helen Chade Mahshi, originally entered the publishing world over 20 years ago as a representative for Prentice Hall Regents. Her parents and husband are immigrants of the Middle East and Mexico, providing Helen with a first-hand experience of the ESL learner’s journey in the United States. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Helen’s goal is to learn Arabic. She left the publishing industry to be a freelance writer, then returned five years ago as an ELT representative for Cambridge University Press.
